Bom dia minhas lindas!
Hoje vim falar sobre uma nova experiência, algo que comecei há relativamente pouco tempo e estou a adorar!
No domingo passado, dia 29 de Janeiro de 2017, experimentei aqui, em Viana do Castelo, um novo estabelecimento chamado "CrossFit Viana do Castelo". Neste estabelecimento, existem três géneros de atividades, o Jiu-Jitsu, Pilates e o CrossFit em si.
Eu decidi experimentar o WOD, uma das modalidades do Cross, pois era aquele que iria "puxar" mais por mim. O WOD, ou então, Work Out of the Day. Penso que foi ótimo para mim, é bastante puxado e, visto que o estabelecimento oferece duas aulas de graça para experimentar, penso que todos o deviam fazer. Para além disso, alguém que está a estudar fora como eu, o pack ao fim-de-semana é ideal e, para além disso, os preços são bastante acessíveis!
Bem meninas, sei que ando a demorar imenso a publicar, mas prometo que isso vai mudar! Espero que tenham gostado deste post e por favor, sigam a minha página, partilhem com as vossas amigas, partilhem, comentem!

#9th Fact: If I wasn't in college, my dream would be be a makeup artist and fashion blogger as profession,

#10th Fact: I really love the summer, it's my favourite season of the year.

#11th Fact {Extra}: My dream of all time is being a model, but I don't have the weight or the height.
